JFN's GMP Feed/Food Safety Policy

As part of our ongoing commitment to food/feed safety at Palma Tech Product Sdn Bhd and JF Nutritech Sdn Bhd, we recognize the crucial role our staff plays in maintaining these standards. This policy is directed towards our internal team, underscoring our collective responsibility and dedication to food/feed safety:

Informed Engagement: We priorioze keeping all staff informed about our Food/Feed Safety Management System. This involves regular updates on our system's implementation and improvements, ensuring everyone is aware of our protocols and practices.

Responsibility and Compliance: Each team member is a custodian of our compliance with customer requirements, statutory and regulatory standards, and international guidelines including ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP+ FSA. We expect all staff to understand and uphold these standards  n their daily responsibilities.

Internal Communication Channels: Effective communication is key to our success. We encourage open and transparent communication within our organization regarding food/feed safety issues. This includes fostering an environment where feedback and suggestions for safety improvements are welcomed and valued.

Continuous Learning and Development: We are committed to the ongoing training and education of our staff. Regular training sessions will be conducted to ensure everyone is equipped with the latest knowledge and competencies in food/feed safety. This not only enhances individual skill sets but also reinforces our collective commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

External Communication Channels: We aim to communicate with our suppliers about our ongoing requirements to work with them to ensure  compliance with regulatory standards of ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP+FSA. We also encourage feedback from customers to continuously improve our service for them as well as give regular updates with ongoing implementation and improvements.

Continuous Improvement: With all the feedback from the various parties as well records kept through out production, we can and will keep improving our system to not only make our production safer but also better.

Through this policy, we aim to create a cohesive, informed, and proactive workforce that is fully aligned with our food/feed safety objectives. Together, we strive to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality, ensuring that our products consistently meet the expectations of our customers and regulatory bodies.
